You’re shitting me? You mean they’re doing the next logical story in the Holmes canon? They’re doing the one that precedes the Reichenbach Fall? The one that covers the return of Sherlock Holmes?

I know any Sherlock news is good news, but I don’t understand why everyone is freaking the fuck out about this. It was pretty obvious they had to do this story (or at least a variant of it), because how else would they bring Sherlock back? Moffat and Gatiss have been pretty true to canon thus far, why fuck it up now?
