Ok so I watched tonight’s episode of House

It was terrible.

More to the point the ending was terrible. I’m ready for this show to be over with.　

How I realized how much I’m going to miss going to college.

So I can’t even begin to express how amazing my night has been. Forgive me for any typos or illegible commentary from here on out, because I’m still fairly drunk.

I went to a bar with my friends (Danielle, Leslie and Emilee) and my advisers tonight in Reno. We’ve been here for the last day and a half for the Rocky Mountain Psych Assoc. Conference, and tonight we did some hard core celebrating.

I had some pretty insightful conversations with pretty much everyone that I’ll mostly keep to myself, but I wanted to share with you the six degrees of separation that my professor has with some of my favorite people in existence.

• My academic adviser has a friend whose son fucking babysat JOEL MCHALE. That just… fucking blew my mind you guys. I was reeling at that first six degrees of separation, but then this next bit happen…
• So I mentioned that if we do karaoke tomorrow night, that if I’m drunk enough I sing a pretty mean Killers set. My adviser then precede to tell me that she knew someone who did sound mixing for the Killers and she’s had several opportunities to meet Brandon Flowers and the Killers through this person, but has been unable to do so. This person that she knows is TED SABLEY. You guys, I shit you not; she is actually really good friends with him. She’s fucking jammed with him at their synagogue. You can’t even believe the shit I flipped when she told me this. And she gave me a bit of insight into Ted and I told her how much the Killers have been an influence to me and… She like knows that the next time they’re touring here, we’re going with Emilee as well and we’re pretty much guaranteed on getting backstage. I’m just freaking out at the possibility, let alone the fact that she fucking is friends with Ted. I just… I can’t even.

Long story short, one of the top five best nights of my life and this weekend is not even over yet.

So buying a ticket for me turned into buying a ticket for my roommate Victoria and her dad, and our friend Ashley and her boyfriend. The downside to being awesome and getting into the waiting room in a timely manner lol

But everything worked out and I will soon be the proud owner of my very own Comic-Con 4-day with preview night badge!

Unfortunately all the 4-days sold out when I was getting ready to order Victoria’s. So I ended up getting Thur-Sat tickets for her. But still! We did good. :)

Unfollow me if you honestly thought we were gonna get a Benedict interview.

Because, really? I know how awesome that would be, but he’s still no one here in the states and he’s not a nominee. So why would anyone interview him?
